We work very closely with you to get exactly what you want in your Custom Stained Glass original. We use photos you send us to make draft designs of the landscapes, pet portraits or your own artistic interpretations.
Please send very clear photos with color as true to life as possible.
Eye color in pet portraits is very important, for in some photos it may not always be evident.
Design Approval Process for your Project
After receiving a photo or other artistic representation of your project, we will discuss with you the size, scale, color options and any other considerations you might have.
We will email or send by post a sketch of the project and, if necessary, discuss possible changes. When you approve and sign off to the project, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required.
Payment and Shipping
The last payment is due upon completion of the project.
This payment includes the final 50% of the price of the piece, MA sales tax (6.25%) and the shipping cost.
We ship by UPS, fully insured.
